You may checked several solutions before you come to read this post. Me also tried several solutions until i came across the effective way to solve Google play services not working and prevent this message from appearance in future.

Now – Force Stop – Clear data – Clear cache – Uninstall Update

Are we finished? No of course, the most important step is to shut down your phone and remove the phone battery for 1 minute. This is the missing trick in all the available articles on the internet. I tried it my self in my Galaxy Note 3 and it works perfectly. The only remaining step now is to prevent the mobile phone from installing updates automatically until android fix this problem.

To disable auto-update of apps in Google Play:

  1. Launch the Google Play Store app and swipe out the navigation drawer on the left hand side, or use the ”hamburger” menu at the top left (the three lines next to the words Play Store). Choose settings.
  2. You’ll be presented with the Play Store settings options and under the ‘General’ subcategory choose ‘Auto-update apps’ which will state the current setting of this function.
