How To Find Phone Number, SIM Card And Serial Numbers Of Your iPhone

There are a number of reasons such as registering your phone for some services, checking unlock status, warranty status, etc. when you need to know the serial number of your iPhone. Same goes for Sim card and your own phone number also. At times, you may require your Sim number and situation may occur that you cannot memorize your own phone number. So, knowing the process to find out these information such as serial number, Sim card and phone numbers of your iPhone becomes important. Steps to find serial number

To locate your iPhone’s serial number, follow the below steps:

  • Head to Settings on your iPhone
  • Tap General, then touch About
  • Scroll down until you find Serial Number entry
  • Now note down that number.

You can also find the serial number of your iPhone from iTunes. Following are the steps for that:

  • Connect your iPhone to your computer using a USB cable
  • Select your iOS device after launching iTunes
  • At the Summary screen for your iPhone you will find the serial number at the right side.

Steps to find your iPhone’s phone number

We all know our phone number but in some cases many of us cannot memorize the number such as if the number is new or you have changed the phone number recently. This is the reason several methods are there following which easily you can find your phone number. The first method is:

  • Go to Phone app
  • Touch Contacts
  • Go to the top of the screen and tap your name
  • You will see your own phone number.

Second method is:

Head to Settings on your iPhone > Phone > My Number. It will show you all details such as your phone number, area code and country code.

Steps to find your iPhone’s Sim card number

Every Sim card has a unique number which is called integrated circuit card identifier (ICCID). To see this number, go to Settings > General > About and you will find the ICCID number at the bottom. If you want to find out your phone’s IMEI number and model number, follow the same steps (Settings > General > About).
