Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred has launched, marking the inaugural major expansion for Diablo 4. Alongside the new area and the Spiritborn class, a new season has started, bringing additional content and activities to engage with. Even those without the expansion can take part in new activities, such as the Realmwalker, prominently featured in the Seasonal Journey objectives. Completing these tasks will yield significant battle pass XP, in addition to rewards for each chapter completed.

Your progress on objectives in chapters you haven’t accessed will be tracked, but your progress in each chapter will only be shown once you reach that chapter.

To successfully finish this chapter, you need to accomplish 8 out of 10 objectives.

Objectives for Chapter 1:

Most of these objectives are straightforward and will occur naturally as you play. Nevertheless, due to the introduction of the Vessel of Hatred campaign, certain activities, such as Helltide or Realmwalker, may not take place until you’ve completed the campaign. Therefore, it is beneficial to actively seek out these objectives so that you can begin to accumulate seasonal rewards. The Zakarum Remnants Rank is featured in several chapters and can be advanced by engaging with the Realmwalker.

Rewards for Chapter 1:

You are required to fulfill 8 out of 10 objectives to achieve completion.

Objectives for Chapter 2:

This chapter presents another series of relatively straightforward objectives; however, it’s important to confront the Realmwalker whenever feasible, as several objectives are associated with that encounter. The remaining objectives can be completed in a short amount of time.

Rewards for Chapter 2:

To successfully finish this chapter, you need to achieve 8 out of 10 objectives.

Objectives for Chapter 3:

At this stage, consider increasing the difficulty to Expert. This will not only grant you bonus XP but also count towards your objectives. The Scorned Heroes are part of the Realmwalkers, so if you haven’t completed those objectives yet, it’s important to continue focusing on that activity. The task that requires the most time is the Forsaken Offerings; however, by engaging in dungeons that also serve as Whispers, you can complete two objectives simultaneously.

Rewards for Chapter 3:

To successfully finish this chapter, you must achieve 8 out of 10 objectives.

Objectives for Chapter 4:

As you progress to this chapter, increasing the difficulty to Penitent becomes essential. You will encounter the Realmwalker once more, and if you haven’t been playing on Penitent difficulty up to this point, your previous accomplishments in those activities won’t aid you here. For the Blood Maiden, you obtained some summoning materials as a reward for completing the preceding chapter, but be aware that there are often other players present summoning the Blood Maiden too. It’s worthwhile to complete the Strongholds, as some Nightmare Sigils are tied to dungeons that can only be accessed through these Strongholds.

Rewards for Chapter 4:

To complete this chapter, you need to finish 10 out of 12 objectives

Slayer objectives:

In this chapter, you must progress to Torment 1, but unlike earlier difficulties, this one requires unlocking. You can accomplish this by reaching Artificer Tier 20 with a level 60 character. Once that hurdle is overcome, you can proceed with the additional objectives that necessitate this difficulty. Raising 5 Paragon Glyphs to Rank 15 can be quite labor-intensive, but enhancing these levels is essential for boosting your character’s strength, simplifying your overall gameplay. Slayer rewards:

You need to accomplish 9 out of 11 goals to finish this chapter

Champion goals:

One of the objectives here requires you to reach Torment 2, which you can access after finishing Tier 35 in The Pit. However, you might want to postpone that for now. Given your equipment and the strength of your build, it would be wise to tackle the remaining objectives, such as defeating the bosses, on Torment 1. The rewards are more substantial on Torment 2, but the challenge is greater as well, so consider waiting until you feel sufficiently strong in Torment 1 before advancing.

Champion rewards:

To successfully finish this chapter, you need to accomplish 8 out of 10 objectives.

Objectives for Destroyers:

As this is the concluding chapter, you have the freedom to take your time. However, if you aim to earn your rewards more quickly, prioritizing the masterworking and The Pit objectives will be beneficial. These objectives are closely linked and will enhance your equipment, simplifying the remaining tasks. The two bosses mentioned can be quite challenging, yet tackling them on Torment 1 is advisable, especially since you’ve likely progressed beyond this point.
