Sept. 20, 2024: Cisco’s ongoing layoffs are impacting workers in California. As reported by the state’s Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) system, which requires a 60-day notification for significant layoffs, 842 employees affected by the company’s current restructuring efforts are from the San Jose-San Francisco area.
