Microsoft has officially announced the next Xbox Partner Preview showcase, scheduled for Thursday, October 17. This event will spotlight “new and upcoming games” from various developers, including notable names like Remedy, Sega, and 505. Viewers can look forward to “over a dozen” new trailers during the 25-minute presentation.
This showcase is designed to be an “no fluff, all games” experience, according to Microsoft. Here’s everything we know so far about the event and how to watch it.
The Xbox Partner Preview is scheduled for Thursday, October 17 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET. You can catch the live stream across various platforms, including the Xbox YouTube and Twitch channels.
According to Microsoft, only the official Xbox YouTube page will offer the stream in 4K/60fps, while all other channels will be limited to 1080p/60fps.

The upcoming Xbox Partner Preview promises to unveil gameplay footage for Alan Wake II’s The Lake House expansion, which is scheduled for release later this month. Additionally, viewers can expect an exhilarating new trailer for Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza set in Hawaii, along with a glimpse at various bosses from the dark-fantasy action title Wuchang: Fallen Feathers.
In addition to these highlights, Microsoft indicated that fans should look forward to “multiple world premieres” and “other fantastic titles” coming to Xbox consoles, PC, and Game Pass.
“As always, Xbox Partner Preview aims to share thrilling gaming news from our skilled partners worldwide: attendees will witness new game reveals, release date announcements, and fresh gameplay footage from upcoming titles. To add to the excitement, Xbox Wire will feature exclusive behind-the-scenes stories regarding select games showcased during the broadcast,” Microsoft stated.
