GOG has announced that classic titles Warcraft 1 and Warcraft 2 will be removed from their storefront on December 13, following a request from Blizzard. However, players who have purchased these games will still be able to access them. To facilitate this transition, GOG is offering the Warcraft I & II Bundle for $13 (originally $15) with the promo code MakeWarcraftLiveForever.
In line with their Preservation Program, GOG ensures that even after delisting, the games will remain compatible and players will receive technical support to address any future compatibility issues with Windows OS changes.
GOG expressed gratitude for their collaboration with Blizzard on these titles and reassured users that those who already own the games will continue to enjoy a stable version.
Recently, both games were remastered and received various updates, including enhanced controls for Warcraft 1, and multiplayer support for Warcraft 2.
For purchase, you can find the bundle here.
