Moreover, a new OpenTelemetry certification aims to equip IT teams with the skills to utilize telemetry data for visibility across complex systems, while AI remains a critical component for future employment prospects, with a considerable skills gap highlighted in the latest reports.

Networking roles are projected to evolve. The growth of positions like computer network architects and support specialists indicates a demand for professionals in these sectors, while traditional roles such as network administrators may see a decline.

From previous analyses, it’s clear that while job opportunities are emerging in several areas, industry leaders are increasingly concerned about the insufficient supply of skilled professionals. To match the evolving job landscape, organizations are urged to upskill existing employees and adjust hiring strategies.
