Starfield has released its first content add-on, Shattered Space, now available at a discounted price on Fanatical. You can also opt for the Premium Edition Upgrade for an even better deal.

Bethesda’s latest original title, Starfield, has expanded its universe with the release of Shattered Space. The downloadable content debuted today, September 30, and introduces a new planet along with a story campaign. Instead of purchasing Shattered Space directly on Steam for $30, you can save almost 30% by choosing the Premium Edition Upgrade at Fanatical, which includes the expansion along with several additional bonus items.
Shattered Space enhances Starfield with a brand new narrative, focusing on a mysterious planet that serves as the home of House Va’ruun. As described officially, “Players must uncover the secrets surrounding the elusive followers of the Great Serpent and assist them in rebuilding their fractured society at the edge of collapse.” Additionally, this expansion features a new crafted location to explore, fresh enemies to battle, new weapons, and different gear, including new spacesuits.
Fanatical is currently offering the Shattered Space expansion at 15% off, reducing its price from $30 to $25.49. However, there’s an even more economical option to obtain Shattered Space along with a host of other bonuses for a limited time. Fanatical is also promoting Starfield’s Premium Edition Upgrade priced at just $21.69 down from $35. This upgrade includes Shattered Space along with additional in-game content.
In addition to the Shattered Space expansion, purchasers will receive a digital art book and soundtrack, 1,000 Creation Credits (if linked to a Bethesda account), and the Constellation Skin Pack featuring the Equinox laser rifle, space suit, helmet, and boost pack.
It is important to note that you need to have Starfield on Steam to access the Premium Edition Upgrade or the Shattered Space expansion. You can purchase Starfield from Fanatical at the full price of $70. However, you can still grab the Premium Upgrade Edition at its discounted rate, making the total cost $91.69 instead of the $100 required for the Starfield Premium Edition.
If you intend to take advantage of Fanatical’s Premium Upgrade promotion, act fast. The discounted price is available only until 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET on Wednesday, October 2. However, the Shattered Space DLC discount has no time limit.
