An exciting update for fans of Nintendo Switch Amiibo figures: the Sora figure from Kingdom Hearts is getting a reprint. Since its release in February, the Keyblade wielder has been a challenge to find at a fair price, but it will soon be back in stock. The reprint of the Sora Amiibo is set to be available on November 7, and you can preorder it for $16 at GameStop as well as at Best Buy.

GameStop currently has a variety of Amiibo figures in stock that were previously sold out, so be sure to explore their selection, especially since they offer free shipping for orders over $79. Noteworthy items include the Minecraft Steve and Alex two-pack, Ness from Smash Bros., Mr. Game & Watch, Duck Hunt, and the classic Nintendo accessory R.O.B..

GameStop Amiibo Restock (October 2024)

The Sora Amiibo reprint can be preordered at Best Buy and GameStop at a price of $16.

The Sora Amiibo showcases the beloved protagonist of Kingdom Hearts, wielding his iconic Keyblade. Sora made his debut among the exclusive roster of non-Nintendo characters in Super Smash Bros. and was honored with an Amiibo figure on February 16. Other prominent non-Nintendo figures that have been turned into Amiibo include Banjo & Kazooie from Rare’s iconic platform series and Terry Bogard from Fatal Fury and the King of Fighters series.

Sora is merely the latest Amiibo figure to see a reprint this year. A variety of The Legend of Zelda Amiibo figures were re-released in anticipation of Echoes of Wisdom, including the charming doll-like Link from Link’s Awakening (and Echoes of Wisdom) and Toon Zelda from The Wind Waker.
