Both courses, priced at $499, feature 31 hours of instructional content. The CompTIA a+ Network course focuses on imparting the essential skills required for computer networking roles. It equips learners with the ability to set up and maintain networks, troubleshoot issues, and manage both Linux and Windows systems. Topics included in this course are network fundamentals, different types of networks, enterprise application support, and data management fundamentals. This course not only lays the groundwork for aspiring network professionals but also prepares students for the CompTIA Network+ certification exam.

On the other hand, the CompTIA a+ Cyber course serves as an introduction to cybersecurity training. It provides essential knowledge on securing devices and home networks, understanding cybersecurity tools, and applying effective management strategies. This course covers similar foundational topics, including secure network client fundamentals, data management, and various cybersecurity controls.

CompTIA’s chief product officer, Thomas Reilly, emphasized that these courses are designed to help novices and career changers alike quickly gain necessary knowledge to progress in their tech careers.

The CompTIA a+ Series courses are now available for those interested in advancing their knowledge in networking and cybersecurity roles.
