Exciting Pokémon Go Events Coming in March 2025: Raids, Spotlight Hours, Community Days, and More!

A new season in Pokemon Go is arriving, bringing various events and opportunities in March 2025. The season, dubbed "Might and Mastery," will introduce the legendary Pokemon Kubfu, featured in a season-long Special Research story starting on March 5. This month is action-packed with two Community Days, a Dynamax Raikou Max Battle Weekend, and a Mega Absol Raid Day among other events.

March Raid Schedule

The raid rotations will kick off on March 4, featuring several legendary and Mega Pokémon:

  • Five-star Raids:

    • March 4-13: Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres
    • March 13-22: Tapu Koko
    • March 22-31: Heatran
  • Mega Raids:

    • March 4-13: Mega Lucario
    • March 13-22: Mega Swampert
    • March 22-31: Mega Pinsir

Additionally, Shadow Regice will make appearances in special Shadow Raids throughout the weekends.

March Spotlight Hours

Every Tuesday evening from 6-7 PM local time, players can engage in Spotlight Hour events featuring specific Pokémon, with accompanying bonuses:

  • March 4: Makuhita – 2x transfer candy
  • March 11: Roselia – 2x evolution XP
  • March 18: Shellder – 2x catch Stardust
  • March 25: Cutiefly – 2x catch XP
  1. Powerful Potential (March 5-10): This event introduces Kubfu and offers the chance to catch a shiny Charcadet, alongside themed Timed and Field Research tasks.

  2. Fuecoco Community Day (March 8): Fuecoco will appear more frequently with increased shiny odds from 2-5 PM local time. Evolving it into Skeledirge by March 15 grants it the Charged Attack Blast Burn.

  3. Festival of Colors (March 13-17): Additional details are forthcoming.

  4. Dynamax Raikou Max Battle Weekend (March 15-16): Players can challenge Dynamax Raikou in five-star Max Battles, with increased Max Particle collection limits.

  5. Catch Mastery: Archen (March 16): Focuses on the fossil Pokémon Archen from 10 AM to 8 PM local time.

  6. Deep Depths (March 19-24): More details to be revealed.

  7. Totodile Community Day Classic (March 22): Increased appearances of Totodile with shiny odds and evolving Croconaw into Feraligatr grants the Charged Attack Hydro Cannon.

  8. Mega Absol Raid Day (March 23): A special Raid Day featuring Mega Absol.

  9. Bug Out (March 26-30): Details will be shared later, focusing on bug-type Pokémon.

  10. Fuzzy Buddy Research Day (March 29): Closing out the month with more event details to come.
