Exciting Pokémon GO June 2025 Events: Raids, Spotlight Hours, GO Fest Highlights, and More!

Pokemon Go is welcoming June with an exciting array of events as part of its Delightful Days season. This month features a Jangmo-o Community Day alongside the annual Pokemon Go Fest celebration, promising an abundance of activities for players.

June Raid Schedule

From June 3-5, players can challenge the island guardian Tapu Bulu in five-star Raids, which will be a great opportunity to catch this elusive Pokemon as it will know the fairy-type Charged Attack, Nature’s Madness. Following this, Groudon will be available from June 5-14, and Kyogre will appear from June 14-23. At the month’s end, Cobalion will take the spotlight.

In addition to legendary Pokemon, new bosses will emerge in Mega Raids throughout June, starting with Mega Altaria from June 3-5. Various other Mega forms will come after, including Mega Abomasnow, Mega Manectric, Mega Beedrill, and Mega Aggron, with Shadow Regice making special appearances over the weekends.

June Spotlight Hours

Every Tuesday evening from 6-7 PM, a selected Pokemon will appear more frequently in the wild during Spotlight Hours, offering bonuses like double XP or candy for captures. The lineup includes:

  • June 3: Spritzee – 2x catch XP
  • June 10: Magnemite – 2x catch Candy
  • June 17: Solosis – 2x transfer Candy
  • June 24: Growlithe – 2x evolution XP

Serene Retreat Event

Launching from May 30 to June 3, the Serene Retreat event showcases adorable Pokemon such as Chansey and Cutiefly more frequently in the wild. Additionally, new event-themed Collection Challenges and Field Research tasks will offer various rewards, including opportunities to catch new Pokemon from 2 km eggs and increased XP bonuses for hatching.

Instrumental Wonders Event

From June 7 to June 11, players will experience the Instrumental Wonders event, which will feature Pokemon like Beldum and Ferroseed appearing more often in the wild. Gigantamax Cinderace will debut as a six-star Max Battle encounter during this event.

Phantom Ruins Event

Scheduled for June 14-18, the Phantom Ruins event focuses on ghost and ground-type Pokemon. Featuring chances to catch Gigantamax Inteleon and increased wild encounters with Pokemon like Duskull and Drilbur, this event promises fun for trainers looking to fill their Pokedex.

June Community Day

On June 21, Jangmo-o will shine during Community Day, appearing more frequently from 2-5 PM local time. Evolving Hakamo-o into Kommo-o during this time will unlock the exclusive Charged Attack, Clanging Scales. Bonuses will include triple XP for catching and double candy, along with extended durations for Lure Modules and Incense.

Ancients Recovered Event

From June 23 to 27, every legendary giant will return for the Ancients Recovered event, featuring various legendary Pokemon as Raid bosses. Gigantamax forms of popular Pokemon will also make a comeback, providing players with a prime opportunity to catch these powerful creatures.

Pokemon Go Fest 2025: Global

The month concludes with Pokemon Go Fest 2025, running from June 28 to 29. This global event will include rotating "habitats," featuring different Pokemon themed around shields and swords each day. Special forms of Zamazenta and Zacian will appear in Raid battles, along with exclusive bonuses for players who purchase tickets.

This June is packed with thrilling events and new content for Pokemon Go players, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy throughout the month.
