Nintendo has announced the release of a new set of Joy-Con 2 Controllers in Light Purple and Light Green, available for preorder from major retailers, including Amazon, Best Buy, Target, and GameStop.
These colorful controllers will be launched on February 12, coinciding with the release of Mario Tennis Fever. The controllers are designed for multiplayer and support motion controls for up to four players using a single console.
The Joy-Con 2 will feature improved quality-of-life upgrades compared to the original, such as quieter buttons, smoother stick movements, and larger shoulder bumpers, enhancing the overall gaming experience. Users will find management of motion controls, HD Rumble, and Amiibo support still intact. Notably, they will also offer a new C button for quick access to the Switch 2’s GameChat feature.
