Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is reportedly not going to stay as an Xbox and PC exclusive for too long.
According to YouTuber NateTheHate, the game will be released in December for Xbox and PC, but also on PlayStation sometime during the first half of 2025. Insider Gaming corroborated the report, claiming that some outlets have been given this announcement under signed NDAs. Currently, it’s unknown whether this will be announced at Gamescom Opening Night Live tomorrow.
Last year, Microsoft declared that the game would be exclusive to Xbox and PC. This followed Bethesda’s modification of its console agreement with Disney after being acquired. Despite this, owing to Microsoft’s history of porting games like Sea of Thieves and Hi-Fi Rush to other platforms, there are discussions that titles such as Starfield and Indiana Jones might also find their way to competing platforms.
Gamescom Opening Night Live 2024 will be held on August 20 at 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET in Cologne, Germany. It’s mentioned that “Indiana Jones and the Great Circle” will be featured, potentially revealing further details then.
