Last year, the 2D survival roguelite game, "Be My Horde," introduced players to Moriana, a powerful necromancer capable of raising the dead to serve in her army. In the latest update, aptly named "Welcome to Hell," Moriana finds herself in the underworld, where she could very well become the ruler of Hell itself.
The new update presents a formidable challenge for Moriana as she navigates through Hell, confronting not just minions but the Devil himself. The accompanying trailer offers an enticing glimpse into what players can expect, including fierce new enemies and environmental hazards synonymous with Hell, such as fire tornadoes, lava ponds, and erupting volcanoes.
Moriana’s unique ability allows her to turn fallen foes into allies, expanding her undead ranks with each defeated enemy—be it a fearsome demon or even as harmless as an exploding sheep. Although Moriana is an incredibly powerful character, players should note that she can still face defeat, only to return with renewed determination.
In addition to new challenges, "Welcome to Hell" enriches Moriana’s capabilities with a revamped skill tree that enhances her minions and introduces new attacks, including Frost Nova, Frost Bolt, and Blizzard. These additional skills are particularly useful in the treacherous landscape of Hell.
Currently in early access on Steam, "Be My Horde" is also launching with a temporary 20% discount, making it an ideal time for new players to dive into this engaging title.
