Call of Duty: Black Ops 6‘s Liberty Falls may be a more compact Zombies map, yet it is still filled with secrets waiting to be uncovered. Among these secrets is an Easter egg that allows you to access a locked vault, which holds free randomized loot items. Here’s everything you need to find, unlock, and utilize the loot vault in Liberty Falls.
The vault is located within the map at a banking point of interest known as “Savings and Loans.” You can reach this spot by entering from either the left or right side of the map barrier; both paths have the same cost.
Within the bank lies a secured vault entrance that requires a combination for access.
The sequence necessary to unlock the vault is hidden across various notes throughout the area. To crack the code, you must locate all three notes, with each providing two digits for the complete 6-digit password.
This numerical combination will vary with each session, so it’s essential to examine the three notes each time, but the rewards you can acquire will certainly make the effort worthwhile.
The initial segment of the code can be found within the bank itself. Look for a note placed on the countertop located just outside the vault’s entrance.
The second clue can be found in Ollie’s comic book shop. Head behind the counter and face the superhero statue. From there, either crouch down or go prone to discover a hidden note tucked away inside a shelf.
For the third clue, make your way to the bowling alley. Approach the concessions counter, and the note can be found beneath a bucket of beer. You’ll need to shoot or melee the bucket to make it disappear, revealing the final numbers essential for the code.
The sequence provided above is the same order in which you will need to enter the codes into the vault’s combination lock.
After you’ve unlocked the vault, you can choose to enter it at any moment. In this space, zombies cannot reach you, granting you a 40-second window to gather loot from the vault. However, be aware that you will be kicked out once the timer expires.
On your initial visit, you’ll earn essence points, but keep an eye out for keys that you can loot from enemies. Manglers and Abominations are common sources for these keys, which come in various rarities. They are essential for accessing the security boxes within the vault.
The rewards you obtain are random; however, unlocking the vault is definitely worthwhile in every playthrough. For instance, a green (common) key yielded a killstreak, a blue (rare) key provided a random weapon of the same rarity, and an Epic (purple) key granted me a Ray Gun Wonder Weapon.
